Departure for Antsirabe. On the road, panoramic view of terraced rice fields and also the tombs of the high land of Madagascar. Stop in to visit a handcrafted aluminum pots factory in Ambatolampy and visit of the city. Arrived in Antsirabe, we settle in the hotel. Then, we visit the city, the workshops of semi-precious stone cutters, the craftsmen who make splendid tablecloths by hand, a hallmark of Madagascar. Visit of the City of Water and some workshops of artisans in Madagascar.

Before departure to Fianarantsoa , visit Avenue Antsirabe in rickshaw. Stop in Ambositra, the capital of the Malagasy handicrafts and wood carving. Visit a few craft shops in the city of Ambositra.

Transfer to the capital of the Betsileo, Fianarantsoa. On the road, admiration of the Betsileo ethnic group landscape with architecture and culture of the rice.

The car drops us off at the station and leaves for Manakara. The landscape is fabulous and at each stop the villagers sell their specialties, take a snack anyway. Arrival in Manakara 7 to 8 hours later, the car will be waiting for us at the train station then transfer to the hotel.

To the east coast of Madagascar, departure to visit the Pangalanes Channel in a Malagasy canoe. Visit of the villages of fishermen, some endemic floras of the region plantation. We will cross a green landscape, dotted with traveler’s trees (ravinala)

In the afternoon, visit the village on foot: the thermal baths and its hot water swimming pool, possibility of swimming there. We are planning to do a night tour of the park.

Breakfast and departure for the morning visit of Ranomafana National Park , ranomafana is a humid forest that is characterized by the presence of endemic flora and fauna of the island. For the flora, there are different types of orchids and ferns. Several faunas are found in this park as the different types of lemurs and chameleons.

After the visit, we leave for Ambalavao, “the city of wine”.

We continue our journey and we stop in the village reserve of Anja, for a visit of 1 hour. Continuation of the road crossing the beautiful landscapes of the south.

Arrival in Ranohira (Isalo).

Departure after breakfast for the visit of the national park of Isalo. So, enjoy your hike to rub gidro and sifaka. As for flora, the Tsingy are a real Eldorado for botanists with its 650 species of rare plants. This walk requires good shoes.

We take the track of the Namaza circuit: where we can see many lemurs, we will then go to the blue swimming pool and the black swimming pool as well as the waterfall of nymphs. To relax from this tiring day, we can take a bath in the natural pool.

We leave Ranohira to join Tuléar,departure to the southern of Madagascar. View of the first south baobab. Admiring the arid landscape and tombs of the Mahafaly ethnic group. Stop in the national park Zombitse Vohibasia to see the southern baobabs.

The lagoon of lavanono, quad, fishing, surfing

Very few people know that Lavanono is a very high quality surfing destination. An international competition has already taken place there.
